Kinesiology & Applied Physiology

Kinesiology allows the practitioner to communicate with the body, identify where stress is being held, and improve or eliminate a wide range of stress related problems. Applied physiology is a healing technique that can identify imbalances or blockages and correct them, allowing the body's energy to flow freely, increasing well-being, relaxation and a deeper understanding of self.

Vibrational Healing & Balancing

A plant-based meal plans consists mostly or entirely of foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits. Includes vegan diets, which contain no food from animal sources, vegetarian diets which may include dairy or eggs but no meat, and semi-vegetarian diets that contain small amounts of meat. Well-planned plant diets support health and are appropriate throughout life, including pregnancy, childhood, adulthood.

Flower Essence Consultaions
